1.1 Age Limit and Legal Eligibility

To open an account and use the krikya platform, you must be at least 21 years old. By registering, you declare that you are legally eligible to place bets and enjoy online gaming. You may be asked to submit an identity document or other paperwork to verify your age.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person's name, registering multiple times from the same device or IP address, or one family member operating another's account — all of these violate this policy. In case of such a violation, all related accounts may be suspended or cancelled.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

The information provided when opening an account must be completely accurate, current, and genuine. Registering with incorrect or false information is a punishable offence, and krikya reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold deposited funds. It is your responsibility to update your information promptly if anything changes.

• Correct date of birth
• Mobile banking details used for payment (bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay)

2.1 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with any third party, and notify the support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity. krikya will never ask for your password.

2.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited. A krikya account is entirely personal and applies only to the registered individual.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The following methods are accepted for deposits on krikya: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same method and account used for the deposit — funds are not transferred to third-party accounts.

• If the wagering requirements of any active bonus have not been met, the withdrawal may be delayed
• krikya reserves the right to carry out additional verification for suspicious transactions

3.3 Verification of Source of Funds

Funds used on the platform must come from a legitimate source. If requested, you must submit the necessary documents to prove the source of your funds. If there is suspicion of transactions involving funds from an illegal source, the account will be suspended immediately.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 as a bonus — the balance becomes ৳2,000 and you must wager ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• A bonus must be used within a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled
• Claiming the same offer multiple times or using a proxy to obtain bonuses is prohibited
• Bets placed with bonus funds may need to meet a minimum odds requirement — check the terms of each offer separately
• Withdrawals from the bonus balance cannot be made before the wagering requirements are met
• krikya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice

4.3 VIP Cashback Program

krikya's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total wins). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive a maximum cashback of ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

5.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet is considered valid only when the krikya system successfully registers it and sends a confirmation message to the user. krikya reserves the right to cancel incomplete bets due to any technical error.

5.2 Odds Changes and Cancellations

If the odds change after a bet is accepted, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the funds for that bet are generally refunded — however, separate rules may apply for specific sports.

5.3 Fraudulent Betting Prohibited

Attempting to gain an advantage through match fixing, arbitrage betting, exploiting technical errors, using bots, or any other dishonest means will result in the relevant account being cancelled and winnings may be forfeited.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using a false identity or forged documents
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Betting using automated software or bots
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users
• Using funds obtained from illegal sources

6.2 Right to Suspend and Cancel Accounts

In the event of any of the violations listed above, krikya reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel an account without prior notice. In such cases, deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited and the user will not be entitled to claim any compensation.

7.1 Commitment to Responsible Gaming

krikya reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made will be taken as your agreement to the new terms. Registered users will be notified in advance of significant changes.

The relevant law will be followed in the interpretation and application of these terms. Any dispute will be addressed by attempting to resolve it through discussion between both parties.
